Ocean Shore Conservation

Ocean shore conservation has a lot of positive and negative things. There are many groups that save money to make a different on the beaches like cleaning up litter on the beaches. It was humans who littered it the first place so these people took action and did something about it.

So as a solution,People have cleaned over 66,000+ pounds of litter yearly. Other thing that people have done are marking of sea turtle nesting to protect them from people harming them by not noticing them. Other people have clean the water of oil or just polluted water so our filth doesn't harm the animals of the beach.

All of these people who are helping may seem like there making a huge difference which they have, but there are so much people doing harm to the ocean water or beaches that the people who are helping can't keep up. Things like over fishing certain areas that animals like dolphins and whales can't eat because there isn't any fish and they might even starve to death. Other harms are things like sewage slung are just carelessly being dumped into the ocean making the water extremely dirty and almost impossible for most fish or other animals to live in. Other examples are dredge spoils, construction rubble, acid waste, wood burning, toxic waste incineration, industrial waste, and even air pollution.
